ABS Control Unit

Overview

OptM's ABS ECU is designed for next-generation electric and hydraulic braking systems, delivering ASIL D functional safety and robust compliance with international EMC standards. With a wide input voltage range (8–36V, configurable for 12/24V applications), IP67 ingress protection, and support for 4 wheel configuration, it offers exceptional flexibility across diverse vehicle platforms. Equipped with in-house bootloader and firmware, the ECU enables seamless integration of ABS, yaw control via differential braking, and calibration through UDS over CAN. Users can optionally leverage OptM's FleetX platform for data collection and OTA updates make it ideal for fleet-level deployment and monitoring. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) and Bluetooth 5, with internal or external antenna support.
